SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2025

Today we are publishing our third Sustainability Report.
Once again this year, we have chosen to prepare it voluntarily in accordance with the VSME (Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for SMEs) developed by EFRAG, the European standard designed for small and medium-sized enterprises.

For a company like Muller & Koster, sustainability means being able to measure our impact, identify priorities and define concrete actions.
In 2025, we reached 50 employees, maintained a zero record for workplace accidents, installed a 150 kW photovoltaic system and continued to monitor our environmental, social and governance performance.
We have chosen a simple and transparent approach: to report what we can measure, to declare what we are still building, and to avoid making promises we cannot back up.

We would like to thank everyone who contributed to the data collection and all the stakeholders who work with us every day: customers, suppliers, employees, partners and institutions.
